Seattle Real Estate, Strategically Navigated

I’m Andrew Neighbors, a Compass real estate broker and 20-year Seattle resident. I help buyers and sellers make smart, well-positioned moves throughout Seattle and beyond, combining broad market experience with deep roots in Northeast Seattle.

Local Knowledge. Clear Strategy. Strong Representation.

Seattle real estate can move quickly, and the details matter. My role is to help you understand the market, identify risk, recognize opportunity, and make confident decisions. For sellers, that means preparing and positioning a home to stand out and create the strongest possible buyer response. For buyers, it means understanding the property, reading the competition, and building an offer strategy around your priorities—not simply relying on the highest price.

Northeast Seattle Real Estate

I live in Hawthorne Hills, and my daughter attends View Ridge Elementary, so Northeast Seattle is a real part of my everyday life. I’m especially focused on Hawthorne Hills, View Ridge, Bryant, Wedgwood, Windermere, Laurelhurst, and Ravenna. These neighborhoods may sit close together, but housing styles, lot characteristics, pricing, buyer demand, and overall feel can change significantly from one area—or even one street—to the next. I pay close attention to those differences because they can materially affect value, competition, and strategy when buying or selling a home.

Selling a Home in Seattle

The last thing I would ever do is simply put your home on the market and hope for the best. I don’t chase transactions. I build relationships. My job is to help you make smart decisions about preparation, pricing, presentation, timing, and negotiation so you get the strongest possible result.

My goal isn’t just to sell your home. It is to earn your trust well enough that you call me again for your next move—and feel confident referring me to your family and friends. That means giving you direct advice, protecting your interests, and making decisions with the long-term relationship in mind.

Buying a Home in Seattle

Buying well is about more than finding a home you like. It means understanding value, recognizing risk, reading the competition, and structuring an offer around both the property and your priorities.

My job is to help you make smart decisions at every step—what to pursue, what to question, when to push, and when to walk away. The goal is not simply to win the house. It is to buy the right home on terms that make sense.

Experience You Can Verify

Real estate advice is only as good as the experience and judgment behind it. I’ve lived in Seattle for 20 years and represent buyers and sellers throughout Seattle and the surrounding region as a broker with Compass. My approach is built around preparation, direct communication, thoughtful strategy, and protecting my clients’ interests from the first conversation through closing.

The best measure of that is what my clients say afterward—and whether they trust me enough to call again or refer me to someone they care about.

Explore Seattle Neighborhoods

Seattle neighborhoods can look close together on a map and still feel very different once you’re actually buying or selling in them. Housing styles, lot sizes, street patterns, buyer demand, pricing, and even how competitive a home feels can change quickly from one area to the next.

I’m building neighborhood-specific guides focused on the parts of Seattle I know personally and pay close attention to, starting with Hawthorne Hills and expanding throughout Northeast Seattle.

Why Seattle?

Seattle has been home for more than 20 years, and there is a reason I have chosen to build my life and raise my family here. From distinct neighborhoods and access to the outdoors to the culture, food, water, mountains, and opportunities throughout the region, Seattle offers a combination that is difficult to replicate.

I shot and edited this video to share some of what I love about living here.
